When event organizers use Plexevent to manage guests and events, the event organizer acts as the data controller, and Plexevent acts as the data processor providing the technical infrastructure.
Data Controller
For platform operations such as account management, analytics, and customer support, Plexevent acts as the data controller.

This data is controlled by the event organizer, not Plexevent.

- Data is retained as long as necessary to provide the Service
- Inactive accounts may be deleted after 365 days
- Plexevent shall not be responsible for any damages resulting from unauthorized access to user data, except where required by applicable law.
After account deletion:
- data export may be available for 1 day
- data may then be permanently deleted
