These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Plexevent platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account or using Plexevent, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service
Plexevent is a cloud-based event management and audience engagement platform designed for event organizers, agencies, and businesses.
The platform enables users to:
- create and manage event invitations
- manage guest lists
- collect RSVP responses
- run live polls and Q&A sessions
- enable audience interaction during events
- facilitate networking requests between participants
Plexevent is provided as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform accessible via the internet.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service.
By using Plexevent, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account.
You agree to:
- provide accurate and complete information
- maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- be responsible for all activity under your account
You must notify Plexevent immediately of any unauthorized use.
Plexevent is not responsible for losses resulting from compromised accounts.
5. Customer Data and Event Responsibility
Users may upload and manage event-related data including:
- guest names
- guest email addresses
- guest phone numbers (optional)
- RSVP responses
- poll answers
- Q&A questions
- event-related communications
The event organizer (user) is solely responsible for:
- the legality of the data collected
- obtaining any required consent from guests
- compliance with applicable laws (including GDPR)
Plexevent acts solely as a technical service provider and does not control or verify user content.
Plexevent shall not be responsible for any damages resulting from unauthorized access to user data, except where required by applicable law.
6. Acceptable Use
Users must not use Plexevent for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:
- illegal activities or events
- spam invitations or unsolicited communications
- harassment or abusive behavior
- fraud, scams, or impersonation
- distribution of malware or malicious software
- unauthorized access attempts or hacking
- adult or explicit content
- political manipulation or misinformation campaigns
- intellectual property violations
Plexevent may suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.
7. Platform License
Plexevent grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.
Users may not:
- copy or reproduce the platform
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the platform
- use automated tools to scrape or extract data
All intellectual property rights remain the property of Plexevent.
8. Payments and Subscriptions
Certain features of Plexevent may require payment.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Plexevent does not store payment card details.
Subscriptions:
- may be billed on a monthly or annual basis
- renew automatically unless cancelled before the billing date
Users are solely responsible for managing their subscriptions, including cancellation prior to renewal.
Refund Policy
All fees paid for the Service are non-refundable.
By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Plexevent provides immediate access to a digital service
- no physical goods are delivered
- the Service is consumed upon access
As such:
- no refunds will be issued
- no 7-day or 14-day withdrawal rights apply
- no 30-day return policy applies
This applies regardless of usage, including partial use, non-use, dissatisfaction, technical issues, or perceived lack of value.
Exceptions may only be made where required by applicable law.
Users are responsible for reviewing the Service before purchasing and for cancelling subscriptions prior to renewal if they do not wish to continue.
By subscribing, the user expressly:
- consents to immediate performance of the Service
- acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is waived
9. Third-Party Services
Plexevent relies on third-party providers including:
- Stripe (payments)
- AWS (infrastructure)
- Hostinger (hosting and email)
- Google Analytics
- Meta Pixel
- Hotjar / Microsoft Clarity
These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
Plexevent does not control and is not responsible for the availability, performance, security, or data processing practices of third-party services.
Any issues, failures, or disruptions caused by third-party providers are outside Plexevent's control.
10. Beta and Experimental Features
Plexevent may offer beta or experimental features.
These features:
- may be incomplete or unstable
- may contain errors
- may change or be removed at any time
They are provided "as is" without guarantees.
Use of beta features is at the user’s own risk.
11. Service Availability
Plexevent does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Interruptions, delays, or performance issues may occur due to:
- maintenance
- infrastructure failures
- internet issues
- third-party outages
- system updates or changes
Plexevent shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or disruption resulting from service interruptions, delays, or downtime.
12. Event Disclaimer
Plexevent provides tools to support event management but does not guarantee:
- event performance
- attendance
- delivery of invitations
- response rates
- system behavior during live events
Users acknowledge that they use the platform at their own risk.
13. Data Export and Account Deletion
Users may export their data before account deletion
After cancellation, data export may be available for 1 day
After this period, data may be permanently deleted
Inactive accounts may be deleted after 365 days.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plexevent shall not be liable for any:
- indirect damages
- incidental damages
- consequential damages
- loss of profits
- loss of data
- loss of business opportunities
- reputational damage
even if Plexevent has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
15. Force Majeure
Plexevent is not responsible for failures caused by:
- cyber attacks
- infrastructure outages
- natural disasters
- war or government actions
- third-party service failures
16. Termination
Plexevent may suspend or terminate accounts if users:
- violate these Terms
- create security risks
- misuse the platform
Users may terminate their account at any time.
17. Modifications
Plexevent may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
All disputes shall be resolved in Cyprus courts.
