The following subprocessors are actively used in the operation of the PlexEvent platform. PlexEvent requires all subprocessors to process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws including GDPR.
1. Infrastructure and File Storage
| Provider | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| AWS (Amazon Web Services) | Cloud infrastructure and file storage (S3) for event photos and uploads | EU (Frankfurt) |
| Hostinger | Web hosting services | EU |
2. Email Services
| Provider | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Hostinger Email Hosting | Transactional emails: event invitations, system notifications, password resets | EU |
3. Payment Processing
| Provider | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Stripe | Payment processing and subscription billing. PlexEvent does not store credit card details. | Global |
4. Analytics and Real-time Services
| Provider | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics 4 | Website analytics — gated behind Analytics consent, IP anonymisation enabled | Global |
| Microsoft Clarity | Behaviour analytics — gated behind Behaviour consent; the tag loads only after the visitor enables the Behaviour Analytics category. Text and form inputs are masked by default. | Global |
| Pusher | Real-time WebSocket communication for live Q&A and polling features | Global |
| Bunny Fonts | Privacy-friendly web font delivery. No personal data collected or stored by the provider. | EU |
Note: Microsoft Clarity is integrated as a behaviour-analytics subprocessor, gated behind the Behaviour Analytics consent category — where activated for the site, it loads and processes data only after a visitor explicitly enables that category (text and inputs masked by default). Other tools such as Hotjar and Meta Pixel are not currently deployed on the PlexEvent platform; they appear as categories in the cookie consent panel for potential future use only. No data is collected by any tool unless it is both deployed and the corresponding consent has been given.
5. Data Processing Principles
Subprocessors are only used for purposes necessary to operate and improve the PlexEvent platform. PlexEvent requires all subprocessors to process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
6. Updates to Subprocessors
PlexEvent may update this list of subprocessors as the platform evolves. The latest version will always be available on this page, with an updated "Last Updated" date.
